Step 1
Choose what you want to do & get a quote. We’ll get back to you ASAP with your quote & personal booking form. If you are happy with the details of the offer the main organiser (you!) will need to fill in our booking form & send it back as soon as possible.
The booking form will give all details of your package, and payment details. You will need to include information such as your name, email, address, contact number and flight details.
Step 2
To complete the booking we will also require a 20% deposit. The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or Cheque (see How to Pay).
Step 3
Final payment & final numbers are required 4 weeks before the date of departure.
(you can change the number of people up to this point as long as there is still the minimum number per activity required - see individual activities & T & C).
Receipt – As soon as we have received your personal booking form and payment we will send you your booking confirmation & receipt.
1 week before your fantastic Hen Weekend
We’ll re-send you the final schedule along with contact names & numbers and any other details to make sure you’ll be having the time of your life in party capital of Spain, Valencia.
The Blazing Events team are here to ensure you & friends have a brilliant time. We’ll always be here to answer any queries any of your group may have regarding your Hen Weekend, so don’t hold back in contacting us!
